President & CEO - Founder
As a 28 year veteran working in the payroll profession Jan recognized a lack of support available within the industry, and saw an opportunity to create a company where various types of client-side payroll support could be provided on a consultative basis. In 1999, she founded PayTech, a Payroll and HRIS Consulting Company that guides companies through change management. Jan is committed to building and maintaining lasting partner relationships, strong company performance, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. She is a dedicated leader that focuses on strategic planning for the growth and success of PayTech.
Chief Financial Officer
Joining PayTech in 2011, Nick is responsible for the management of all financial activities, and the strategic direction of corporate functions and oversees all marketing activity. He works with all departments to improve both financial and workload efficiency.
Prior to his role at PayTech, Nick served as the Director of Business Development for a telecom firm for 8 years overseeing annual revenues of $8M. He secured an SBA loan, developed in house inventory systems and processes from the ground up as well as sales relationships with many of the top 10 wireless carriers in the US.
Senior Vice President of Operations
Joining PayTech in 2006, Linda leads PayTech’s operational activities in the United States and Canada, developing and executing current and future strategies that will strengthen, grow, and extend PayTech operations. She oversees all operational aspects of acquiring business, maintaining business, and managing client and partner relationships.
Prior to her role at PayTech, Linda served in various operational management roles at Ceridian and directed teams of Implementation Consultants located throughout the mid-west. In addition to her implementation and technical expertise, Linda has over 27 years of HRIS, project management, process and employee management experience.
Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development
Joining PayTech in 2006, Karen is responsible for developing PayTech’s long term goals and strategic objectives, including identifying, analyzing, enhancing and supporting corporate and internal department initiatives. In addition, she has responsibility for developing specialized services globally, researching new and enhancing existing partnerships and the growth of the Private Equity/Merger & Acquisitions team. Karen has over 25 years of HRIS/Payroll project management and consulting experience, specializing in areas such as system implementations, Merger and Acquisitions, system design & development, and process improvement in numerous industries to include, financial, high tech and hospitality companies such as Marriott International, Janus Capital Group and National Computer Systems.
Director of Human Resources
Joining the PayTech team in 2006, Amy has extensive hands-on experience leading HR initiatives including policy design, employee relations, training and development, compensation, performance management, recruiting, compliance, workers compensation, payroll, benefits and more. Working with the leadership team at PayTech in defining and developing organizational objectives, Amy provides strategic direction and leads the human resource team to align the HR function with these initiatives.
Prior to her role at PayTech, Amy served as Sr. Human Resources Generalist at Policy Studies Inc. (PSI) where she managed the employee relations and legal compliance functions for more than 1600 employees. In this role, she conducted internal investigations relative to formal complaints, and acted as a resource for problem identification and resolution with employee situations. Amy is a member of CHRA, SHRM, and the DCPA.
Director of Sales and Partner Development
Joining the PayTech team in 2019, Lisa is responsible for directing all US Regional Sales Managers to exceed their potential and stretch their own skills set. In addition, she cultivates relationships with our valuable partners. She works closely with the operations leadership team as well as strategic leaders to further the growth of PayTech.
Prior to her role at PayTech, Lisa has 32 years of sales experience in a variety of industries. Earning her master’s degree in management, she has spent the last 8 years in a sales leadership role helping others to grow and work closer as a team. She is actively involved in Colorado’s Mile High SHRM as a manager on the membership committee.
Director of Consulting Services
Joining PayTech in 2016, Lynnette is responsible for driving strategic growth, development, and service delivery in PayTech’s Consulting Department. Lynnette has over 25 years as a human resources leader across industries, organization size, areas of responsibilities, and the experience of owning a small business. As part of our senior leadership team, she is focused on our Consulting practice and enhancements to our clients’ experience.
Lynnette holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI and the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM. She is a member of Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), Rocky Mountain HR People and Strategy (RMHRPS), and actively participates in local Human Resources and Community organizations.
Director of Project Management
Joining PayTech in 2005, Lisa is responsible for managing and driving the strategic direction, methodology and service delivery of the Project Management teams throughout the United States and Canada. In addition, Lisa is responsible for the development of strong client and partner relationships ensuring client satisfaction and quality assurance. She has over 20 years in Human Resources, Payroll, Project Management and Employee Management.
Prior to her current role, Lisa has worked in various roles in Managing Projects and teams of Project Managers PayTech, working with varied industries, clients and partners. She has extensive experience with all aspects of PayTech’s business and how we build trusted relationships with our partners, clients, and employees at all levels. She leads a team of expert Managers who are fully dedicated to our Client’s success and PayTech’s commitment to excellence.
Director of Private Equity Services
Valerie joined PayTech in 2007 as a Sr. Project Manager working with our Private Equity clients. Today, Valerie is responsible for driving the growth, structure and services of the Private Equity team. With 20 years in the industry, her unique blend of hands on consulting and management experience allows her to collaborate with individuals from the executive to the end user.
Valerie has developed a strong reputation as a leader and expert in helping private equity clients negotiate change management & the transition to new infrastructure, particularly around rapid carve-out transactions. Skilled at developing strong relationships, she is responsible for growing and developing new relationships with private equity firms, partners and third-party providers. She focuses her team on ensuring clients achieve targeted transition goals, driving projects to successful outcomes meeting both strategic and operational goals.
Valerie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Master of Organizational Management.
