Private Equity Sales Manager

Joining PayTech in 2014, Joanne serves as the Private Equity Sales Manager. She works closely with the PayTech Private Equity/Merger & Acquisition team to develop and enhance partnerships and growth in this space. She also serves as a Regional Sales Manager for the Southeastern territory. Joanne conducts needs analysis for payroll and HRIS functionality, assisting prospective clients to identify their needs and improve their processes. She has over 18 years of experience in the Technical Software industry.  

Previously, Joanne held a Sales Manager role working with clients to solve their complex time tracking needs and integrations with payroll systems. Joanne’s other past positions include Business Development with a variety of technical software applications. Joanne also holds an International MBA from the University of Denver.

Spencer Palmer

Regional Sales Manager - Canada & Colorado

Joining PayTech in 2015, Spencer serves as Regional Sales Manager for Canada and Colorado. He conducts needs analysis for payroll and HRIS functionality, assisting prospective clients to identify their needs and improve their processes.  

Prior to his role at PayTech, Spencer managed several large accounts for multiple national distributors in the hospitality industry.

Regional Sales Manager - Northeast

Joining PayTech in 2015, Hilary serves as Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast. She conducts needs analysis for payroll and HRIS functionality, assisting prospective clients to identify their needs and improve their processes.

Prior to her role at PayTech, Hilary spent six years in the private wealth management industry and two years in the non-profit arena.

Tyler Arndt

Regional Sales Manager - Central

Joining PayTech in 2017, Tyler serves as Regional Sales Manager for the Central Region. He conducts needs analysis for payroll and HRIS functionality, assisting prospective clients to identify their needs and improve their processes.

Prior to working with PayTech, Tyler was a decorated marketing and sales associate for 10 years with a national food service company.

Susan Wann

Regional Sales Manager - California

Joining PayTech in 2018, Susan serves as Regional Sales Manager for California. She conducts needs analysis for payroll and HRIS functionality, assisting prospective clients to identify their needs and improve their processes. 

Prior to joining PayTech, Susan held regional sales and leadership roles in the HCM/HRIS, telecommunications and supply distribution industries. She has achieved multiple President’s Club and Eagle awards, earned the Top District Partner/Referral distinction and has developed numerous client loyalty programs that impacted overall satisfaction and retention. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Saint Mary’s College in California and is a member of Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Regional Sales Manager - West

Joining PayTech in 2015, Eric serves as Regional Sales Manager for the West. He conducts needs analysis for payroll and HRIS functionality, assisting prospective clients to identify their needs and improve their processes.  

Prior to his role at PayTech, Eric planned and managed resources as a Lead Logistics Specialist for multiple large oil and gas companies.
