Joining the PayTech team in 2014, Joanne serves as the Director of Global Sales, Private Equity, and Partner Development.  As a result of her consistent achievements, Joanne is a proud recipient of the PayTech Circle of Excellence award and the PayTech President’s Club award. Prior to PayTech, Joanne worked in various software sales roles, as well as earning an International MBA from the University of Denver. As a result of her consistent achievements, Joanne is a proud recipient of the PayTech Circle of Excellence award and a two-time winner of the PayTech President’s Club award.

 Joanne grew up in the Chicago suburbs, but now lives in the mountains of Colorado with her husband, 3 kids and their dog.  She loves to ski, mountain bike and paddle board  – reach out to talk anything PayTech or if you need advice on locations to ski.

Joining PayTech in 2018, Susan serves as the Director of US Sales & Partner Development and is the recipient of the PayTech Circle of Excellence award and the PayTech’s President’s club award.

Prior to joining PayTech, Susan held regional sales and leadership roles in the HCM, telecommunications and print solutions industries. She achieved multiple President’s Club awards, earned Top District Partner/Referral distinctions and developed client loyalty programs that impacted overall satisfaction and retention. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Saint Mary’s College in California.

Susan grew up in Southern California, spent 20 years in the Bay Area and now resides in Castle Pines, CO with her son and two Doodles, Sam and Lucy. Susan enjoys golf, hosting game-night dinner parties and doing voiceover work.

Joining the PayTech team in 2015, Hilary serves as the Sales Executive for Private Equity. As a result of her consistent achievements, Hilary is a proud recipient of the PayTech Circle of Excellence award and a two-time winner of the PayTech President’s Club award.

Hilary is a Colorado native, she loves summer hikes and a good happy hour deal. She loves being sous chef in the kitchen with her husband and is a fur mom to Ruby the Rottweiler.

Joining the PayTech team in 2017, Tyler serves as the Sales Manager for UKG Client-Side Services.

Tyler lives in Centennial, CO.  He has two wonderful teenage boys and a great dog named Halo.  He is a huge Denver Sports fan, but hockey has always been his favorite sport.  He plays rec hockey on the weekends, loves to be in the mountains, loves to be active, including hiking and running and even mixes in some Yoga practice.

Joining the PayTech team in 2021, Sean serves as the Senior Sales Manager for UKG Implementation and Client-Side Services. As a result of his consistent achievements, Sean is a proud recipient of the PayTech Circle of Excellence award and the PayTech President’s Club award.

Sean grew up in the Philadelphia suburbs and now lives in Missouri with his wife, 3 kids, and 2 dogs. He loves to coach youth sports, golf, and cook but not clean. Lastly, he is a big Philadelphia and West Virginia University sports fan.

Joining the PayTech team in 2022, Brad serves as the Sales Executive for Dayforce Implementation and Client-Side Services. As a result of his consistent achievements, Brad is a proud recipient of the PayTech Circle of Excellence award and the PayTech President’s Club award.

Brad is originally from Seattle and has lived across the US, currently in Denver, CO. He has a passion for travel and exploring the world with around 30 countries visited. Brad loves sports and is a big supporter of Liverpool Football Club.  He’d love to hear from you about interest in PayTech or to talk travel!

Joining PayTech in 2026, Chris serves as a Sales Executive supporting Dayforce prospects and customers across the East region. Prior to joining PayTech, Chris spent several years at Dayforce working with large enterprise organizations on HCM transformation, global payroll strategy, and workforce technology modernization. With more than 25 years of experience across HCM, payroll, HRIS, and consulting services, he specializes in helping organizations maximize the value of their Dayforce investment through implementation support, optimization, client-side advisory, managed services, and operational transformation.

Chris is based in the Tampa, Florida area with his wife Jennifer and their children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the water, boating, camping, creating thought leadership content, and staying active in the HR technology community. He’s always happy to connect to talk Dayforce, workforce strategy, or where to find the best spots in Florida to get out on the water. 

Joining the PayTech team in 2024, Neil serves as the Sales Manager for ADP. 

Neil grew up in Santa Cruz, California, and now lives with his wife and three sons in Northern Colorado.  He loves to support his sons in their youth sports of soccer, football, and basketball.  He enjoys many of the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer, such as camping, fishing, mountain biking, golfing, and snowboarding.  He is also a big fan of California Bay Area Sports.

Joining the PayTech team in 2024, Ron serves as the Sales Executive for Canada.

Prior to joining PayTech, Ron held regional and national Sales Leadership roles in telecommunications, HCM, and LMS industries. Born and raised in Niagara Falls, Ron currently resides in the Niagara Region with his wife and children. When not at work, Ron enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active playing a variety of sports, campfires at the cottage, and long walks with his dog.

Joining the PayTech team in 2022, Gustavo serves as our Solutions Engineer.

Gustavo grew up in North Jersey and resides in West New York, NJ, with his wife. In his free time, he enjoys weightlifting, combat sports, spending time with friends and family, and, most importantly, relaxing.
