Every year, PayTech conducts a company-wide event that we call Kaleidoscope. During this event we bring all of our employees together for a week of virtual training and team building events along with some fun and celebration. All our employees boarded a virtual cruise that was filled with exciting excursions and educational ports of call focused on our theme, S.A.I.L. (Superheroes, Advisor, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership). As we traveled the sea, we stopped and admired sights along the way.
Here are some highlights from the event:
- We kicked off the week with a welcome from our Founder and CEO
- One of our own Project Managers presented an amazing keynote focused on “Being a PayTech Superhero”
- We shared an exhilarating aerobics workout with one of our HCM Implementation consultant
- Our premier partners joined us for sessions to share key company and product updates
- Some of PayTech’s top Trusted Advisors shared stories about their experiences working as a Trusted Advisors with our clients and partners
- The Sales Team shared their drawing skills with everyone in a challenging and entertaining game of Pictionary
- One of our sessions was hijacked by a nail-biting escape room adventure
- Our Global consultants gave us some insight to their cultures around the world
- Our CFO and COO hosted a captain’s lunch sharing updates on company initiatives and answered questions from our employees in a live session
- We held our first PayTech’s Got Passion contest this year, that showcased some of our employees’ talents. See the video submission below that knocked our sunglasses off as one of our Project Managers shared their vocal talent
- We wrapped up the week with a relaxing yoga session followed by our annual PayTech awards
It was an amazing week filled with collaborative sessions and a lot of fun! We can’t wait for next year as PayTech celebrates 25 years in business!
