Gregg Fairweather
Joining the PayTech team in 2015, Gregg serves as PayTech’s Corporate Recruiter, involved with talent development of our U.S., Canada, and Global business units, for Project Management, Payroll Consulting, and HRIS Services. He has over 25 years in the specialty staffing industry.
Gregg believes in dealing with candidates with integrity and a commitment to achieving a win-win scenario for both parties in the placement process. He screens candidates carefully before a presentation to ensure that he’s providing the best match to the hiring manager. Likewise, he’s upfront with candidates about the position details and qualifications. Gregg represents the candidate’s interests in the matter of opportunity and provides feedback to the candidates promptly to ensure rapport. This innovative approach to staffing puts high quality as a top priority for both the company and the candidate. This tactic has proven to be a vital necessity in the U.S., Canadian, and Global Markets.

Joining the PayTech team in 2022, Roz Bailey has 20+ years of recruiting experience in several different industries.
She’s successfully worked in the Corporate sector in Financial Services, Retirement Planning, Global Customer Experience, Solutions & Technology. She also has vast experience recruiting amazing talent in the Agency sector, where she has staffed Temporary, Temp to Hire, Direct Hire, and Contract employees for many industries and companies throughout North America. She is a natural leader and active listener that ALWAYS puts her candidates first.
Her primary goal is to staff for and identify the best talent and the right fit for every role. She prides herself on seeing beyond a resume to ensure the best possible opportunity and experience for the candidate. She maintains a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from Metropolitan State University, Denver, CO. She’s outgoing and energetic and comes to every interview with great anticipation. She is a Colorado native and lives in Aurora, Colorado. She’s a very proud mother of 2 adult children. She is very active in her church, enjoys traveling, spending time with family, movies, power walking, shopping, home decor, and volunteering at non-profit organizations. She is passionate about helping and providing essentials and services to children, individuals, and families in need.
