When I started PayTech 21 years ago, I didn’t quite anticipate COVID-19, but our transition to a remote workforce over the past 10 years has put us in a position to continue helping our existing clients and take on more as complex situations arise out of the COVID-19 restrictions.

We’ve Got This

85% of our current clients were already being supported remotely

We’ve been delivering the Walk Beside you Approach remotely for years. Our employees are accustomed to working virtually and assisting clients on a remote basis. We’ve made significant investment in technology over the past 10 years creating a robust cloud-based platform for our employees to work with in a remote fashion. We continue to maintain our contractual security compliance while utilizing enterprise grade software for file sharing, secure email and video conferencing.

Our Business Continuity Plan is updated annually and is providing the framework for us to manage the small change to our normal business practice.

Precautionary measures we are taking:

As COVID-19 continues to evolve, PayTech has taken precautionary measures adjusting our protocols to ensure the health and safety of our employees, clients and community.

Our company remains open for business and our clients can be assured that their needs are and will continue to be well-served. We have implemented proactive measures and have taken extra safety precautions by cleaning our office space and common areas. Only critical onsite activities are permitted at our corporate office and observe the recommended social distancing per CDC guidelines.

We have suspended unnecessary work-related travel and are requesting that employees refrain from physically attending work-related conferences, meetings, and gatherings.

Given the fluid nature of this Pandemic, we are actively monitoring its evolution by following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), relevant government agencies and local authorities. We will continue to adapt our practices to protect the welfare of everyone in our community.
