Ary F. Rosa

Joining the PayTech team in 2013, Ary serves as a Manager of HCM Consulting Services.

Ary currently resides in Orlando, Florida with his wife supporting their two boys. One son is currently in the United States Marine Corp and the other dances competitively. Ary enjoys traveling, supporting his family, and visiting the country’s wineries. As a result of his consistent achievements, Ary is a proud recipient of the PayTech President’s Club award.

Josette Jeffries

Joining the PayTech team in 2020, Josette serves as a Manager of HCM Consulting Services.

Josette grew up in New York City and now resides outside of Memphis TN. When she starts to miss the lights and sights of the big city, Josette ventures to downtown Memphis to take in the views. Josette has a love for home décor and enjoys taking on do-it-yourself projects around the house. Josette’s 4 girls, ages 7 to 26 keep her on her toes.

Mike Rosenthal

Joining the PayTech team in 2020, Mike serves as a Manager of HCM Consulting Services.

Mike currently resides in Denver, Colorado with his wife and their two daughters. Mike is an avid University of Arizona Wildcat fan and in his spare enjoys photography, traveling, and officiating weddings.

Heather Shrum

Joining the PayTech team in 2021, Heather serves as the Manager of Partner Implementation Services.

Heather and her husband George, have been together for 26 years; she has three kids, George 23, Grace 17,  Grant 15, and four dogs, Violet, Galaxy, Oreo, and Opal. Heather’s free time is all about family time, with teenagers in the house. Most of it is spent acting as the family’s Uber driver.

Yvon Roy

Yvon has spent nearly 10 years in the HCM space, primarily focused on Dayforce Talent. One of his proudest accomplishments was partnering with the team to design and build the Guided Implementation methodology for the Talent modules — a true passion project that helped shape delivery strategy.

When Yvon is not talking Talent strategy, you’ll probably find him 🎲 Playing or collecting board games, 🧱 Building LEGO (currently tackling the Titanic!) or🐶 Being outnumbered by his two basset hounds, Chewy and Solo.

Caprice Graham

Joining the PayTech team in 2016, Caprice serves as a Manager of HCM Consulting Services.

Caprice grew up in Birmingham Alabama and currently resides in Marietta Georgia with her husband of 18 years.  As recent empty nesters, she and her Husband enjoy traveling and attending events together. She’s also a self-proclaimed “Thrift-aholic” and loves the thrill of the hunt Thrift Shopping.

Caryn Hochgraef

Joining the PayTech team in 2012, Caryn serves as a Manager of HCM Consulting Services.

Caryn is a native of Arizona and actually enjoys the heat and the desert. However, if she had it her way, she would be in the Caribbean underwater at least 30 feet scuba diving.

Chris Brostrom

Joining the PayTech team in 2017, Chris serves as the PayTech Accounting Manager.

Chris is a Colorado native, who loves the mountains, enjoys car shows, restoring older cars, and the occasional game of chess.

Starlene Gangitano

Joining the PayTech team in 2025, Starlene serves as a Manager of Partner Solution Delivery.

Starlene’s HCM career began at Ultimate Software/UKG, where she spent 14 years leading, managing, and supporting customers through people focused solutions. Before that, she dedicated 14 years to the San Diego Chargers Football Team as a Payroll /HR Manager, building a strong foundation in operations, service excellence, and team culture.

Starlene lives in San Diego, California, where she is a proud mom of four daughters who are truly a family of cheerleaders. As a dedicated high‑school cheerleading coach for almost 10 years, Starlene brings the same passion and purpose to the sidelines that she brings to the professional world every day. Outside of work, you can often find her enjoying life at the beach, attending cheer competitions and spoiling her Golden Doodle, Bentley.

Joy Farnham

Joining the PayTech team in 2014, Joy serves as a Manager of HCM Consulting Services.

Joy grew up in Palm Springs, CA, where she started her career in the payroll industry as a receptionist. She currently resides in Meridian, Idaho, but enjoys traveling and hopes to see all the states someday.

Joy enjoys concerts, all water-related activities, and her new Goldendoodle puppy, “Gingerbread on Easter Sunday” aka “Gigi”. Joy also enjoys creative projects such as painting, learning the guitar, scratch baking, and trying her hand at cooking. She is an avid Alabama Football fan; “Roll Tide” as well as a 49ers fan. Football is always on, at her house, during the season!

Julie Scott

Joining the PayTech team in 2004, Julie serves as the Marketing and Communications Manager. 

Julie is a Colorado Native and lives in Littleton, Colorado with her husband, son, niece and two little maltese doggies. When Julie isn’t remodeling her home with her husband, they enjoy gardening and searching for classic cars, antiques, and collectables together. Julie finds great joy in finding and negotiating a good deal! As a result of her consistent achievements, Julie is a proud recipient of the PayTech President’s Club award.

Cathi Riehle

Harjot Walia

Joining the PayTech team in 2022, Harjot serves as the Manager of Private Equity & Global Services.  

Harjot was born in India and moved to the United States at age 22. Currently, Harjot resides in Delta, BC, Canada, with her husband, two teenage boys, and their three-year-old black lab. She loves to travel with her family, as it’s therapy for her. Harjot’s biggest dream is to see her kids rise and shine in their lives.

Ade Rahman

Joining the PayTech team in 2022, Ade serves as the Manager of Canadian Operations.  

As a teenager, Ade had experience working in various kitchens in London. He worked at Gordon Ramsey’s kitchen and once served at Mansion House when the Queen was present and having dinner with some dignitaries (unfortunately, he didn’t serve her personally). Family time is number one for Ade, along with hiking, sports (Football, which is called soccer), F1 racing, Boxing, UFC, and traveling.

Spencer Matthews

Joining the PayTech team in 2019, Spencer serves as a Manager of HCM Consulting Services.

Spencer is originally from Chicago, IL, and now resides in Raleigh, North Carolina. He is a passionate creator who loves drawing, graphic design, and cooking. Spencer has been in the HCM industry for over 17 years holding various positions, including leadership and consulting. He enjoys spending free time with his wife, two children, and their new mini Goldendoodle, Fozzie.

Suzi Stricker

Joining the PayTech team in 2019, Suzi serves as a Manager of Private Equity & Global Services.

Suzi has her CPP with 30 years of payroll experience. When Suzi is not working, you can find her on a lake fishing with her husband or hanging out with her grandkids! As a result of her consistent achievements, Suzi is a proud recipient of the PayTech President’s Club award.

Danielle Henderson

Joining the PayTech team in 2019, Danielle serves as a Manager of Partner Implementation Services.

Danielle lived in Houston, TX for 20 years prior to meeting her husband and moving back to her hometown in Tennessee almost 4 years ago. Danielle and her husband have 5 (grown) kids, 10 chickens and two ShihTzu’s, Gucci and Dior. Danielle’s free time includes riding four wheelers, spending time with her husband, family, and friends along with traveling. A fun fact is that Danielle is a playwright that has written and produced her own production.
